Okay, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to post an introduction.
Here it is.
I just turned 40 and have been shaving my head since 1993.
My father was bald and proud of it. He had a magnet on the fridge that said "Bald is Beautiful". He would often say "God created a few perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair".
I started thinning in high school and was anticipating when I would just shave it off.
I love being bald. I love to feel my head after I shave it. No worries as to what my hair looks like, besides it looks great. Nothing looks worse than a balding man trying to hold on to his hair. |

Hi Gus! Welcome to The Brotherhood. 
My uncle Don used to say "you can't have hair and brains both... so the fact that I'm going bald means I'm getting smarter AND better looking."

Hi Gus,
Welcome to the brotherhood.
I feel the same way you do. I now really do love being bald and the smooth feeling of my cleanly shaven head. I have no regrets about taking the plunge almost 3 years ago. Looking forward to hearing more from you in the future.
